How to create a battery pack with 18650 batteries similar or better to this "12v/7ah/20h" battery?

First of all, I want to thank all those people who assisted me with their generous responses! with that, I was able to build this with ease.
Second, I'm gonna drop some specs of this build so that someone out there is going to be able to do it easily if they wanted a replacement battery built for their kids 12v toy cars or motors and such.
the little 12v jeep, the built-in battery was 12v7ah.
my objective was to come up with a smaller, lighter, stronger, and faster to charge, reliable battery pack.
that said, I used 18650 batteries - LG HG2 18650 Flat Top, 4s BMS - 4s2p in my case, as it shows in the images and some wiring with strips.
with that, it came out as 16.8v 6ah when fully charged (of course, you can just add 4 or 8 or more depending on your needs overtime by paralleling them thus you don't do any troubling mods to it) that the car runs 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes straight which is plenty enough time for kids.
charging wise, you can use the existing charger which reads 15v1a (I tested it with my multimeter and its actual output is 17v so...) or you can use your laptop charger with a step-down buck converter or better use a bench power supply.
I hope it helps.
