This one is perfect for charging two different battery banks. Too bad for me it's a 12-24v charger.

Source would be 5- 400w pv panels, Growatt 3000 48v all in one inverter battery#1 48v 280ah and #2 battery 48v 100ah.

Definitely read the thread I linked. It discusses the same thing. Charging two dissimilar 48V batteries from a single source.

You could put the batteries in parallel as long as they each have their own individual BMS.

They will each have a BMS and I was looking at the link. They have a 48v to 48v the Orion-TR 48/48 -2,5 not a bad price compared to two separate SCC at 48v eachand a minimum 2-pv panels.
