I have a grid tie 10kw system with 5 Hoymiles micro-inverters (HMS-2000-4T-NA) . 3 of of my 5 micro inverters are on the old firmware, does anyone know how to update these units? These unit are connected to a DTU and I don't see the upgrade option

Contact support. They can try to push the update. Hasn't worked for me though
Where did you get your microinverters from?
yes I emailed support see what happens.i got mine from my buddy's big solar company. The 3 out of 5 of my micro inverters are on the old firmware and keep dropping . I need to reboot them to get them going again. Sometime they stayed connect for hours ... sometimes minutes.
