Humsienk 5.12kWh 48V 100AH Server 3U Rack LiFePO4 Battery w/Bluetooth for $423 AC & CB

What a stupid video. Guy does not know much.

Talking about cell size: "To me should be taking up more room". What an Idiot, these are BYD cells which are smaller cells, he should have know this if he is going to do a review. He could have compared the battery case size to other server rack battery cases as he suggested the case was longer thus the increased room.

I am only seeing two cell temperature sensors.
Too much reading so I don't know where I read it, but I think BYD says the pack only needs temp sensors at the two poles. No idea on the reasoning.

My observation was more about the reviewer rather than the battery itself. I watched the reviews on the manufacturers website and one even suggested the balance lead on the positive terminal was a temperature sensor.

I like what appears to be quality construction and I look forward to any posts from those who have purchased this battery as I am considering purchasing one just to figure out the communications for monitoring.

I have reached out to Humsienk via email asking for some technical documentation.

It will be interesting to see how the BYD "Blade" cells perform in a solar system as most the reviews and data come from electric vehicle use/performance

Gotcha. It just clicked in my head when you said only two sensors. :)

I'm curious too wrt BYD cells since they're unknowns (in the cheap commodity cell/batt area) and the tendency for these cheap batts to install the TDT 3A Active BMS, which we seem to also be lacking reliability and usability input on. I doubt they'll ever reach beyond the DIY market due to lacking UL/ETL, but it will make a nice close out of the 5K rack era, before folks tire of the format.

Anyone who bought this set actually get shipping confirmation with a valid tracking number? Making me nervous that mine STILL says "order packing" with zero updates of any kind....

I've received two already, and due to the snowstorm over the weekend, the other two I ordered the next day are a couple of days behind.

Hmm... whereabouts do you live? Out in the sticks? I'm guessing they don't want to fulfill the order as the 3-pack seemed like it might have been a price mistake.

If you are in the sticks, is there somewhere closer to town who can receive it for you?

I have had deliveries with 50ft trucks many times. Small box trucks like fedex.
It has nothing to do with my address, unless you think that California is a problem.

Yes, it was a copy and paste mistake, where they forgot to adjust the price.

I did suggest to them delivery to my office or downtown apartment, all within 5 miles, but no response.

They don't want to sell for that low price.

Sadly, Rakuten is down to its normal 2% cashback, BUT, TopCashBack is at 5%. (was 20.5% until 10 minutes ago! Dropped at midnight PST)

I've used TopCashBack only a few times, as Rakuten usually has the best cash back, but I've not had problems with them paying out either.

We need to keep pressing the issue and make sure they know we are all talking and comparing responses as I said in the other post at least 1/2 of the total sales were to forum members I believe

My order has been .. sort of canceled.

I received the same message. I responded back that I just received a battery from them this week and that there was no issue delivering here.
They responded with a different story about the order could not be shipped at the moment.
I responded that I see on the website that you are still selling batteries with a 2-7 day delivery.
Waiting on a response. I will not be canceling my order just yet😜

I to offered an alternative shipping address with loading dock and forklift. They changed their tune on the address issue.

They lied. I got 2 of the 3 pack from Temu and both got canceled. The company is pretty shaddy. The brand is apparently a part of Wattscycle company.

I think if we don't cancel, they eventually have to start there cancelation process.
"They" being the seller. The seller could get in trouble with the platform if they have too many cancelations, although 6 sales is probably not enough.

Ordered 4 48V in this form factor, have tracking numbers for all of them. Haven't shipped yet, however.

So, what did they change their excuse to? I GUARANTEE these crooks aren't shipping anything to you.

They already CANCELED my order with a BS excuse. PLEASE DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING from TEMU again!

I just received another message from the seller.

"We apologize, but this order cannot be shipped at the moment. We recommend you consider other purchasing channels."

I haven't messaged Temu yet, that would be the next step.
