Hybrid inverters with grid tie mode

I found an instruction manual for a Solar City H6 inverter, I think it is the same unit. It does mention the RSD capability, and it does use PLC (power like communication), but it does not say if it is Sun Spec compatible. It only lists using their own "SMART RSS" box.

SunSpec is a standard followed by many RSD and inverters. But it isn't the only way. You need to read specs for yours and see.

That link does list delta as one of the certified products. So would you take that as a yes, meaning I could use the tigo
