Hysolis Apollo 5K backup to EG4 XP6000? (Off Grid)

I'm using an Apollo 5K setup to power my garage and 3 other small buildings via a 50 amp inlet box tied to a panel in the garage. And, until recently my house was powered from the grid (200 amp service to the main panel at the house).

Then the utility cut grid power, indefinitely, due to "fire hazard." So, I've ordered an EG4 system to power the house (XP6000s and WallMount Indoor batteries). The EG4 system will be installed in the garage, and I'm running a line from the garage to the main panel at the house.

My question: I'd like to be able to use the Apollos to backup the EG4s (to run critical loads) and I think I can do that by either:

1) installing a small panel in the garage to send power to the house panel and using a breaker for the EG4s, and another breaker for the Apollos; the line for the Apollos would go to a separate 50 amp inlet box. If there's any problem with the EG4s, I'd switch that breaker off, unplug the Apollos from the garage, etc. inlet box, then plug the Apollos into the house inlet box, and flip that breaker on. Or,

2) using a 200 amp transfer switch to achieve the same thing as #1 above. (I'm using the Combiner Box with the Apollos, and it has it's own 50 amp breaker.)

Would either of those options work? Do they even make sense? Is there a better way?

My goal is to never use the grid again. Ever.

I think the Apollo 5K is a 120v backup power. The 6000xp is 240v split phase. Switching will be tricky.

I would try to find the most reliable way to transfer power from the Apollo battery directly to the 6000xp's battery.
12v to 48v dc converter would be ideal.

Thanks. Should have mentioned: I have 4 Apollos in 120/240 split phase. I'm trying to create a setup that addresses the (hopefully unlikely) event that there's a problem with the EG4 by allowing me to power the main panel with the Apollos.
