Ignoring spammers username hides their posts

Something i just tried and it worked with the two new spam user accounts that just popped up.

Clicked on their usernames, clicked ignore, refreshed the forum page and all the spam posts were gone.

What happens if you do that so much that find you are all alone ?

I am just ignoring Leo, since he essentially reverted to trolling. No point in feeding the troll.
