If this data sheet (which looks close but not identical in terms of Voc) is correct regarding temperature coefficient:
I calculate that two panels in series is OK down to -32C which is -26F
(below that, Voc of the two could exceed 105V rating of SCC.)
So 2s3p should be good for a 24V system.
If you stick with 12V system, PV panels would have to be 1s6p (or split over multiple charge controllers.)
