The algorithm voodoo is a strange beast at times. I have a UK IP (satellite) but often search in Spanish, which gets me results from the USA.

Found a better quality brand - Owon - I have some of their stuff and while it isn't fluke, it is all good stuff -- this does ac/dc amps with inrush
