I've seen Kaiweet meters cheaper on thier website then on Amazon. In my experience you won't find much a cheaper meter that does DC amps. From what I can tell the Kaiweets and Mastech meters are close enough to my Fluke meters for my general purposes.

I got the Kaiweet 206D and it will capture MAX amps for viewing.. like when you start an engine...

Fluke meters for some reasons seem to frequently show up in pawn shops in excellent condition. I have picked up few like new Flukes off of Ebay from pawn shops.
