Inversor instructions advice to not ground PV panels !?

I have a Voltronic Axpert MKS IV inverter, and after read the manual there is something that is intrigued me.

Is this point:



From my understanding they are advising to not ground the PV panels, that's right?

That means do not ground the DC circuit of the panels. You should still ground the frames.
