I was wondering if there was an Inverter charger that is kind of the "go to" for a lot of the Off Grid setups? I don't mind using 2 separate devices but would be nice if I could have both in one.

At the expensive end, many of us use Sunny Island. Others Victron, Schneider/Xantrex, Outback
"Inverter charger", takes AC in, produces AC out, has batteries.
Any of these are good at starting motor loads and can be stacked for more watts.

Quite a few others, many of those with AC inputs, but some just use that for bypass of shore power in mobile installations.
Probably whatever your price point, from $500 to $5000, there is something available.

If you mean charging from PV, maybe that would be called "hybrid" or "all in one"
Quite a few of those, too.

I think a key feature to look for is being able to regulate battery charge current to optimal level (more important for lead-acid than lithium) while supporting more PV panel watts than charge power.
