I am running off one 12v 110ah LiFePO4 battery.
I have a 600w pure sine inverter. (Peak power 1200w)
It comes with 6mm2 leads approximately 2 feet long.
What size inline fuse should I put in the positive lead.

Thanks.

6mm2 is rated to 50 amps,10mm2 to 70 amps and 16mm2 to 110 amps.
Thus with 6mm2 cable , regardless of length, the fuse must be 50 amps or less.
600 watts output from an inverter will require around 650 watts in, with the battery delivering 12.5 volts that's 52 amps.

With 6mm2 cable fuse at 50 amps, idealy Increase the cable size if running at full load or overload conditions are expected.
Recommend 16mm2 and fuse at 70 amps.

I use a 25mm2 cable with a 70C insulation rating with a 75A fuse for my 600W inverter @12V.

600W/0.85eff./10Vcutoff=70.5A

I'm using a 75A fuse to account for the fact that the one I use is a slow blow fuse, which I'm planning to replace with a bit smaller one, maybe. Usually, you want max amps for the load 70.5Ax 1.25 for the fuse rating.

Also, a thicker cable is better, especially at 12V, and the fuse is there to protect the wire.

I would not use the provided 6mm2 cable with a 12V 600W Inverter.

Hope it helps a bit.
