Inverter recommendations

We are looking for a 3000 watt inverter that is split phase (120/240). We want it to do AC charging and solar. Also it needs to be 24vdc input voltage. We live in rhe country and want to run our well pump. Thanks

It is unlikely a 3000w inverter will power a well pump successfully.

This well pump is a "soft start". When it starts it is at 3amps then slowly goes to 8 amps.

In that case, any of the 2400/3000 W inverters will handle it.
Do you have any 120V loads besides the 240V pump? You can save money and buy a euro 230V model if you ONLY want to power the pump.

I've got Schneider's Conext 4024 in my workshop, which I am very happy with. At 240V, I believe it's max starting surge (5 sec) is 41A. Do you know what the starting surge of your pump is?

Yes, it has ACin terminals for either grid connection or generator connection. At my cabin, it's set up for a 120/240V split-phase generator, though I believe it can also be wired for just 120VAC generator input via L1.
