Email from Electronic Goldmine today if you want a cheap bulk charger - $23 pretty cheap:

SURPRISE - IOTA DLS-30 120VAC - 12VDC 30Amp Battery Charger / Power Converter (Max 1)
Iota DLS-30 is battery charger / power converter that provides Dual-State charging allowing the unit to function as both a constant voltage or a constant current charger and automatically selects the optimal charging method for your battery's needs. DC output voltage (no load) 13.6VDC, output amperage max continuous 30Amps, Max power 400Watts, input voltage 108-132VAC, short circuit protection, overload protection > 100%, line regulation 100mV rms, load regulation <1%, fan control-proportional, and weights 4.5lbs. Size 6.7" x 9.67" x 3.4" tall. Compatible with Deep-Cycle, VRLA, GEL, AGM and Flooded Lead-Acid Types! These were removed from operating equipment and are used but in like new condition. Since there were installed in equipment, they have a 2ft 3 conductor power cord without AC plug. The plug is available at various online stores or you can just splice in any suitable 3 conductor AC cord using wire nuts. Note: This unit is not a smart charger without the purchase of an optional IQ-4 Smart Controllers.Amazing deal as this high quality very useful unit retails for typically $125 - $225 new - get a great used one for a fraction of that!
G25029 Originally : $39.95 On Sale : $22.95

I have adjusted my DLS-30 internally to output 14.2v but there are other threads on using the plug as well.

Note if your handy capable (most of us here) its trivial to replace the short power cord on these 'pulled' power supplies with a regular power cord.

Please elaborate on how you did that. Thanks.

There is a small trimmer type potentiometer inside the power supply by the cooling fan (see attached pic). With no load connected to the power supply use a voltmeter to monitor the output terminal voltage and adjust the pot to desired voltage.

Awesome. Thank you. I'm gonna link your post in a couple other DLS-30 threads to raise awareness.

Does this pot adjust all the voltages of the IQ4? Or just the high voltage when using the dual voltage jack with the jumper? Or something else?
