Is a CMF battery safe for indoor use?

Hello, I have a cmf lead acid battery that I plan to use (charge and discharge) indoor. Is it safe? I found a lot of conflicting information online regarding lead acid battery fumes. From what I understand it's safe if the battery is sealed. I uploaded pictures of my battery. Thanks for your time.

should be vented for the gas to leave. out of the house. the people here will let us know if i am wrong

Even maintenance-free lead-acid batteries, including AGM, can vent gas if they're overcharged. Make sure it's in a place with good ventilation and no sparks!

hole threw the wall where needed vented outside. any other ideas?
