On June 6th I ordered an Overkill 120A 4s BMS. I did not put it into service until about 3 weeks ago. (Took FOREVER for those cells to arrive don’tchano!)
It has been working perfectly until Sunday morning. When I went to bed Saturday night, all was good with the world. Sunday morning, it was shut off. There were only incidental loads overnight.
The app shows no error messages, it shows that both the Charging and Discharging are turned on, and it is nowhere near LVD or HVD. The temperature is well above freezing. It has never had more than about 30 amps through it in either direction.
By way of troubleshooting:
How should I proceed from here? Is there additional trouble shooting I can perform?

- I have turned both the Charging and Discharging off and then on again.
- I have disconnected and reconnected the battery.
- I have jumpered between B- and C-.
- I have unplugged and re-plugged the sense wire harness.
How should I proceed from here? Is there additional trouble shooting I can perform?
