Edit: ok I found the problem, bad contact between one of the bms wires and a cell.
I built a 4s 200A lifepo4 (lichen cells) with a 100A jbd bms.
The cells came balanced from alibaba, each at 3.30v more or less.
I put everything together, everything was fine and I got correct data on the Xiangxang app.
Yesterday I used a brand new dcdc charger in a van to charge the battery for 2 hours. Everything was fine.
Today here is what the app shows, it seems one cell is completely flat and another one over voltage. Are these 2 cells dead or is it the bms that is giving bad data ?
All parameters are set on default in the app.

Edit : when I measure each cell with a multimeter they seem to be at 3.31v each.
I unplugged and replugged the bms but no change
