Is priority like solar then 50% battery use then grid power then back to battery if grid fails possible?

Can we select the priority to the solar then battery bank & after discharging 50% power from the battery it switch to grid & when grid & solar both are unavailable it switch to reserved 50% of the battery. Is there any inverter already present in the market? Can this be done with the help of programming only?
