Locally? heck yes. Free shipping? yes. Without a cheap deal on shipping? No.
New 350-370w are around $55-60 and some with free shipping when buying a pallet.
In service that many years, I'd be concerned (mildly), that you've got at least SOME diodes that need replacing.
If maintained properly at the farm, failed diodes should have been spotted...but were they replaced, ignored, or the affected panels removed from service and stockpiled until they has enough to sell off.
That's why a decent multimeter will be all you need to check out if any panel is functional. There's plenty of videos on YouTube to watch if you're not clear on that. I myself, just came to this knowledge a few months back. The learning keeps continuing...
@$22, sure, especially if local. Maybe not if they have to be shipped. I'd check the back for cracks in the vinyl, discolored traces, spider trails, and take along a muiltimeter, or panel tester if time allows.
