What is the coldest location the RV will ever be?
That is used to adjust Voc, make sure PV panels don't kill SCC.
But is is also important for the lithium battery. What temperatures can the battery see?
It may be allowed 0.5C charging (e.g. 1200W into a 2400W battery) around 25 degrees C.
Below zero degrees C, charging not allowed (and should be prevented by a good BMS.)
But at low temperature like 5 or 10 degrees C, the battery can't accept 0.5C, more like 0.1C which would be 240W maximum.
If the battery can get cold, you need to address that to prevent rapid loss of capacity.
