JBD BMS bus bar

Bought another JBD BMS, this time a 200 amp version. It looks very similar to my 150 amp. The same problem exists… I need a bus bar so I can attach a single 2/0 lug and conductor to it.

Somebody indicated last year that they knew of a source for them. Any links would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am aware I could manufacture my own.

I think they’re the equivalent of 1/4.

They are definitely metric, I can't remember if mine were M5 or M8; they thread I linked above has a link for the assortment kit I ordered for mine.

Mine on the jbd bms are 6mm... about .25in, but not exact

I am using the JBD-SP24S004 BMS model for my 72V 80Ah Battery and max peak discharge of 125A for my load so will it be safe to use the 16sq.mm wire for the BMS Connection with the Battery on B- and C- Points on my BMS

Mine were 6mm. Made my own bus bar and will test soon.
