I am looking for a way to mount a JBD 8S 100A bms somewhere nearby the batteries. Unlike Daly this bms has no holes for screwing.

I don't want to tape it on the batteries. So I was looking for a way to either screw the bms to wood. Or even better to have some sort of enclosure.

Anyone experience with this?

Mine are stationary so i used the tape method.
-You could use zip ties.
-For a low/NO VIBRATION application, there are holes in the pcb corners enabling the use of standoffs mounted to a SOLID FLAT surface.
-There is also some extra thread on the heatsink which someone had used for mounting.
-Another option, heatsink screws could be replaced with longer ones. I don't recall the exact size or thread count. Looks to be about 2mm ish.

You could fab up a strip or angle of aluminum that allows you to bolt to the stand-off holes and create wings with larger holes to bolt to your enclosure.

See my post below for how I took advantage of the stand-off holes on the JBD BMS to mount to my enclosure. Might help "spark" an idea.
