I was just wondering if there is a cable or device I can buy that would connect a

JBD Smart BMS 7~21S 8S 16S 20S 200A 300A to my Mpp 11 kw inverter via can bus so the two can be linked together.

You can go the route of using an ESP32 dev board and a CAN transceiver

devote sometime understanding into this and buy the appropriate components.

My Bms has a can bus connection, I was wondering if I could connect a cable from the inverter directly to my Bms?

You're far better off with the ESP32.
The protocol spoken by BMS might not be the one your Inverter understands.
Plus there are myriad other benefits you will realise further down

You need the pin out of the connectors on both of the inverter and the JBD BMS, often the pins are four and five but you will have to reference the manuals to be certain.
Then you need to set them both to the same protocol and it should work.
Sometimes a regular network cable will work and sometimes you have to make your own or buy from one of the manufacturers.

To expand. Oftentimes a common cat5/network cable will work but you may have to slice open the outer insulation and cut the wires for pins that should not be connected (i.e. pins used for rapid shutdown for example). Cut a two in slice along the length of the outer insulation, expose the wires that are not needed and clip twice so a small 1/16 inch gap is created (to prevent shorting when you reseal the cable). I will stagger the cuts so no two adjacent wires can short).

CAN ANYONE PROVIDE ME THE CAN ID TO EXTRACT THE DATA USING CAN COMMUNICATION FOR THE JBD BMS MODEL SP24S004
