jk-b2a8s20p BMS "Modify PWD. in time"

Hi all, I need some help please.

Just had the jk-b2a8s20p BMS arrive , I connected everything up to a new battery I'm making (first one).
Into settings , amended some as suggested from "OffGrid Power Solutions" very helpful you tube video on this BMS .
But i'm getting a warning of "Modify PWD. in time" . I presume that its asking me to modify my password which I've done , but nothing changes.

Also the active balancer is showing as off but I had turned it on ,is this because there is no work for it to do? But why is cell one showing as Red ?

(nb I'm now not near the battery so I'm unable to check other information on app or battery)

I have the same Mod PSW in time flashing but I just hadn't changed it on mine. I rather keep it to the default for right now.

Normally changing password remove the warning, maybe try to do it again.

Yes, it is not balancing because the voltage is the same and the red cell is the "lowest voltage cell".
