JK BMS Cell Balance Settings

I'm trying to track down a potential cell imbalance/active balance issue and was wondering if someone could take a look at my BMS settings to see if there is anything off?
For context, I have 8x 230AH EVE LiFePO4 cells in a 12v battery (460AH). The JK BMS is a 200A. All of the cells were top balanced prior to making the pack a few months ago. When resting, the cells are balanced and all within .002v of each other.

The potential issue seems to come when under load. The log sometimes shows a cell imbalance warning on cells 2, 3, or 4. I think I've seen the imbalance be as much as .04v but not sure about that. And I'm not sure the active balancing is ever triggered.

These screenshots were taken while charging.

Voltage differences under load are often an indication of a poor connection. Check every connection before you make any parameter changes. Disconnect each cable, clean the conducting surfaces, check for imperfections in the surfaces, apply some NO-OX-ID (or whatever conductive paste you use) and then ensure that the connection is tightened to spec.
