I have 4 batteries I just built on my solar install. One of them is not cooperating and I don't understand what it is doing exactly. It shows charge as off but it is on, the other 4 batteries appear to be working properly. I am new to all this so still learning.

Here are screen shots, it appears to be stuck at the 10 amp and 52.4 volts, the same settings for calibrating voltage and amp. All 4 batteries are in parallel to each other, battery connections and the bms's.

Which of the many JK's is it?

What hardware version is it?

And what firmware ver are you running ?

It shows there are 14 log entries, have you checked them.

They are JK-PB2A16S20P hw version 15 and 15.32 firmware, I will check the log entries.. no alarm light flashing though.

Take a meter to the battery and check the total V and the cell V, how close are they to what the BMS is showing.

As a first step you need to power down the BMS so it goes dead by disconnecting it from the battery and then reconnect it.

Okay, I went out to check it and it is no longer in that same state, it was charging like normal. I will keep an eye on it.
