JK Inverter BMS Android App keeps loosing password

I have a new Yixiang battery system with a JK-PB2A16S-20P 200 amp BMS.

The Android App has some settings that the PC App does not have (specifically protocols higher than "010" for the RS485 port).

The thing is that the Android App keeps loosing the password so I am unable to "verify PWD" in order to enter the settings menu.
Yixiang helped me to get a password for getting in and resetting the password. I did that and it worked for a day or two with my new password
but today, again, the password will not work.

Anyone seen this problem? How did you get the password to "stick"?

I think the android app may be buggy, after a few months of not checking, I tried to verify password to get into the settings on Monday with the correct password (It's printed the the battery cases) and it kept failing on all 3 BMS's, today (Friday) I tried exactly the same password again and it worked, I don't know if there was an app update in-between but it seems to be a running problem that the password even when correct fails lately for some!?
