JK v 19 bms discharge not turning on

set up 8s/ 24v battery. Everything in the settings is correct. got 27v from B+ to B- on the BMS, but when I go to the B+ to the P- no voltage. The discharge is turned on in the control panel but shows off on the status screen?. Connections are tight. All cells registering, no alarms. One thing I noticed is putting the calibrating current to 1( from 0) on the settting tab, it changes is back to 0. I dont know if this is impacting the BMS moving power through the board. Would appreciate any thoughts. Going to do a software update to see if that makes a difference.... Also on the control tab, there is a new toggle for discharge OCP 2, but I dont see this covered in OGG videos.

Have you tried rebooting the BMS? I had to do this once with a JBD BMS. I removed all the balance wire connectors and then reconnected them.

What do your cell balances look like?
