Just got them top balanced. Looks pretty good to me. I haven't put them on the bms hooked up to my computer. Just used this Bluetooth one. I'm using that one for my second bundle bring it up to 3.5 with a 48 volt charger. Pretty excited. Just wanted to thank everyone that gave me a ton of input and information to guide me through this process. I'll have alot more questions for sure!

I have only top balanced 25 ah cells for a 24 volt battery. For those, I charged on a power supply each cell individually. Took about three days to top balance and capacity test each cell.

Looks like you have set them up 16S and charged them.

I got my bigger 280 ah cells, and I plan to set them up 8S to charge them on a 35 amp charger, after wards I will take them apart and put on the power supply. If I did it like I did my 25 ah cells and only use the power supply, it would take me three weeks!!

I got the bms hooked up to the computer today and don't have 3.65 on the cells. Would it hurt to leave them hooked up like they are 20211009_101522.jpg20211009_101455.jpgand bring them up with 3010 charger set to 3.65?

I have just started the lithium, but I found the cells won’t stay ay 3.65. They slowly start to decrease in voltage, so with my 25 ah paKC, 3.5 is good

To me you have .008 volts per cell difference, and that may be fine.

Okay thanks! I'll leave them alone and package them up into bundles.
