Previously connected the solar panels, and now running an accessory wire for lights. Thought I was cutting the accessory wire but got the solar wire instead, of course just upstream of the fuse. Amazing how it melted the cutting portion of my crimping pliers.

Man! Those look like very versatile crimping pliers too! Ya don’t see many triple anvil versions anymore! I’d be tempted to hit that gap with my mig, and a file to try and restore the edge.
 
Name your price...would love to seem them repaired. I don't possess a welder or welding skills. Or apparently electrical skills.

Better than having the former, and even after many hours of practice, still lacking the latter.
