I am trying to make legs for a portable panel and am looking for these legs and can’t find the device that allows different angles for the square tubing:

I am going to make the leg itself out of 1/4” square tubing or 1/2” square tubing, but what I’m stuck on is what is the device called that allows the legs to angle. After many hours Googling, what I found was a Friction Lid Support:

I’m sure there’s something available from the first image, but I just don’t know the correct name so can’t google the device.

I didn't use a brace/steady on my leg, just let the it swing. I took the legs from an old tripod with wiggly head, you can find them on your local used stuff website. Since I only use 1 per panel I had enough for all my ground setups....They adjust height very nicely.
