I think Sol Ark has a great product! They strive for a good service, also. If they could impove their written programing manuals would be a great plus! Instruction are not clear or are a little are sketchy. Their PV Pro app needs a little polishing as well.

But the product itself is very flexible, easy to install, good quality materials and sturdy.

Periodically check the web site for updated manuals. I found the 15K manual dated June 13 2023 to be vastly improved. There's a new app coming My Sol-Ark.

It's nice to hear that, a lot of people who have never been in a electronics based business have no idea how much it costs to higher people who actually understand the products and can provide solutions.
You have to factor that huge weekly payroll into the Sales price. If your not paying people well then the turn over rate is tremendous and the customer support sucks.

Some other companies just have "support" people who just kick the Can down the road or are more versed in using polite tactics to slowly frustrate the Customer until they go away and stop calling.

BTW the PVPro App Sucks! Use the PowerView Web portal, it is 10 times better.

Yes it is made with good quality components and the Firmware is bug free.
I have been running mine for over 2 years with Zero issues. The last time I opened the door to my electrical room was about three months ago and that was to Dust the place out. The last time I actually did any work on the system was about a year ago when I installed another battery.
I don't want to have to think about how my power is being produced, I just want seamless power with no worries.

Ditto !
I've spent a few hours on the phone with "support",(which is excellent !!, good old fashioned "customer satisfaction"

Yea,somebody!,really needs to sit down and get their Manuel up to date, better instructions and clear language, plus a few others...would sure save their techs alot of unneeded calls !!!

I thought the manual was awesome. Make sure you have the most updated version from their website. My Sol-ark just hit 9 megawatt hours. Works great.
Same here! The manual is great for getting everything up and running. The only part that is lacking is more info on some of the more advanced menu items like PF and all the detailed voltage modifications.
I kind of assumed that was Sol-Arks way of saying that we really don’t want you messing with those settings unless we’re personally guiding you. Also they probably dont need to be changed unless you have a very unique problem.

So far I am at 27MWh of generated power with zero faults, shutdowns or weird issues. It’s a lot more stable than my utility company.

Just hit 18MWh on mine. I'm hoping to hit at least 200MWh before replacing it.

I asked a Deye rep when the non compete will end and she said

"We recommend that you purchase from Sol-ark"...

"In fact, both sides are working towards permanent cooperation."

So on the bright side it's not currently permanent

I’d say the opposite, that’s the goal-but most here just like to tinker over just abiding seamless, no effort operation.
I’m teasing. Sort of. I just don’t know of any mechanical, structural, or electrical system that is no effort, but I guess that is in the nature of men (and a tiny number of women, perhaps) to keep striving, or as Gatsby said:

“Gatsby believed in the green light, the orgastic future that year by year recedes before us. It eluded us then, but that’s no matter-to-morrow we will run faster, stretch out our arms farther…And one fine morning- So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past“
