LifePo4 stop charge at 95% or 100%?

I know there's been a lot of discussion but has anyone found any evidence for support of maintaining LifePo4 at 95% compared to 100% to increase longevity? Of course with the occasional charge to 100% for balancing.

Currently have 60kwh of LifePo4 that gets to 100% everyday and stays at 100% for about 4 hours then discharges to 70% as it's normal daily charge and discharge.

Varying room temperature of 88F to 95F (31C to 34C)

Charging/discharging to 100% every day is fine. However, the devil is in the details - Don't charge above 3.60v per cell.

hi, i cant get my batteries to get to 100% this means my generator wont shut down.. what would be the reason they dont reach 100% capacity.. I am also struggling to get the inverter to switch off at say95%

What inverter do you have? May have to check the parameters

its automatic with pylontech batteries.. pre set.. inverter is voltacon

There is evidence that cycling between 75-100% is worse than 0-25% (and 0-100%). Charging to 3.42V (95-98%) is better than 3.65V (100%) because higher cell voltage causes faster degradation.
