lock out tag out for plug fuse

Is there something like this for the old style plug fuses?
I would like to lock out and tag out a single circuit.

If there is nothing equivalant to LOTO, maybe a dummy fuse with a warning tag.

Not the best solution. Someone could just install a new fuse defeating the "lockout".

Pull fuse and make a laminated sign saying circuits without fuses are locked out. zip tie through door latch.

Can't fix stupid.....If someone puts a fuse in they are going to.

You could write a note on a fake fuse or blown fuse. Maybe paint it orange.

Get a locking enclosure and put your fuse block inside. Sounds like it would be easy enough.

The blown fuse with tag would be "tag out"

Got a disconnect switch? Or do you just grab the fuse live with your bare hands?
If actually dealing with a dangerous situation, locking out power to the entire fusebox would work.

Since your concern is someone reconnecting the fuse while circuit is being worked on, just rig up a wire to ground the hot wire. If someone does insert a fuse, it blows and no harm done.
