This is my first experience building a lithium battery, and I have a question about the charging time of my new Grade A EVE cells. I have a new Hanmatek model 310 bench charger, and set it to 3.6V and 10a before hooking it up to a single EVE cell. Obviously, with the power turned off. Cell measured 3.30v prior to charging, and I have had it on the charger for almost 50 hours. The voltage has risen slowly up to 3.37 in all that time. Am I missing something here?

The display on the charger shows 3.60v and about 1.16a. It seems to be taking a hella long time to charge, and I have 7 more to go before I do a top balance at 3.65v.

Missing info.

The top balancing guide spells it all out in detail and gives recommendations that can reduce charge times by 90%. It also instructs you to trash the leads that come with the power supply and build your own.

Assuming 280Ah EVE cells, they normally ship at about 30%, so you need 196Ah. At 10A, that's nearly 20 hours, but because you have crappy leads, you haven't been at 10A the whole time.
