Looking for a solar charger for 16s lipo golf cart project

I have a custom 6 wheeled golf cart I'm building with a 16s lipo battery pack. It's almost done and I'd like to be able to charge it from a 48 volt solar charger controller but be able to set the max output voltage to batteries so I only charge it up to 80% of max for maximum battery longevity. It'll live in a barn on some hunting land I have and only get used 1-4 days a month.

Is there a company that builds what I'm looking for? Low temp shutoff would be nice too.

Any help would be huge.

I'm very partial to the Victron. I know for certain they have cold temp charging protection.

I was thinking victron too based on what I've read on Will's site but cant tell if you can pick the max top charge voltage or have to just pick the battery type and hope for the best
