Looking for recommendations for 24V boat lift system

I had some issues with my current 24v solar system this summer and I'd like to replace it so I don't have future issues.

The system has two deep cycle group 27 marine batteries that power a boat lift winch for raising and lowering my boat. The solar panel would keep the batteries topped up. The number of up/down cycles in the lift varies per day, but wouldn't likely exceed 8 in a given day and would usually be fewer, maybe 2 or 4. The panel would see full sun for most of the day.

I thought I'd try and find something on Amazon since Prime days are coming up. Hoping for some recommendations so I can order everything at once. It wouldn't be installed until next April.

Thanks for any advice!

might want to tell us what the issue's are so we can figure out what to recommend.

And the specs of the system - battery AH & Watts of the lift motor, panel watts & volts, charge controller & if you have generator or shore power charging.

The system worked fine for 10+ years (batteries replaced every 3-4 years) until this summer. The solar panel has a built in charge controller. The panel post broke during a storm and ended up in the lake in June/early July. About two weeks ago the batteries failed which I'm thinking is a result of the solar panel.

Existing panel specs - see attached pic for 24V panel. I checked the open circuit voltage after disconnecting it from the system and it showed 42 volts

I closed the cottage yesterday so don't have access to all of the info, but I did find this info from a similar winch on a different lift that I have - Dc systems draw up to 138 amps

Approx 96 AH on each battery

I do have access to shore power and bench charging when/if needed. The cottage is on an island and I prefer solar charging in case of power outages.

I should also note that I have two lifts so the existing panel (with a new SCC) could be used on the spare boat lift. I want a new system for my lift mainly for peace of mind. In the process of trying to find the info that Chispas asked for I came across this other attached chart.

draw up to 138 amps
lots of amps, a bit like a big 4x4 winch ? Hopefully someone else will be along to help, im off to do some cooking. If the current system worked, like for like would be good, maybe a battery upgrade ? Bigger capacity means longer life.
