Looking for suggestions for Solar Monitoring App

I have just a simple off-grid 100W with controller, battery, and inverter. I'd like to connect to an App to monitor real-time the production, battery levels, etc. There is WIFI access.

I'm in progress of building a bigger system, which will most likely be grid tied, but not sure. I'd like to also explore the App monitoring options for that as well. Suggestions welcome!
