low voltage disconnect 24v pure sine wave inverter

I have a Cotek 24v pure sine wave inverter which does have a remote switch (looks like telephone jack cable). I want to employ a low voltage disconnect to protect the battery, but I read that I have to shut off the inverter and not shut off the battery. It looks like I could use this remote switch.

How would I wire this exactly?

But then, how does it signal to the remote jack to turn on or off?
