LV2424 stopped logging data, help please

Good morning. The LV2424 has been running nicely off a coupe of weeks; producing interesting datasheets and graphic representation of the daily PV production. Now, no data is accessible via Solarpower application. The display on the unit shows daily PV total and other data, but I can't get anything on the solarpower application anymore.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but no change. Any idea what has happened?

Did you try the previous version of the Solar Power application?

I have not. I can uninstall and reinstall with a different file name, ie adding "2", and it works for a random number of days. The issue could be with the older Dell laptop I'm using. Its flaky. I'm trying to learn Mqtt so I can use an esp32 to grab the data and publish via wifi

i believe this was an issue with the JAVA program that comes with the solarpower application. I connected this inverter to a mac computer and all that data is there and has been the whole time
