LVX6048 code 08

I have an LVX6048 with just 45 days installed and the following problem arise, from yesterday and on the inversor turn beeping and gave me code 08. The inverter will not shut down and I proceed to disconnect the batteries and let them to discharge the batteries. I being on the net that MMPT release a software upgrade to take care of this problem. I have try to download the upgrade but every were I try the gave the following problem that shows the file doesn’t exist.

What were you doing with the inverter prior to the fault? Were you trying to start heavy loads?
