Magnum MS4448PAE Frequency

I am hoping somebody can help, I have a Magnum MS4448PAE and the frequency is off quite a bit off of the normal 60 Hz, measured with my fluke meter I get 58 Hz at a fairly low load. Not really a big concern I know except for the fact it is causing my clocks to lose time quite rapidly.
Does anybody know if there is a way to adjust the frequency?

That is weird ! It's all software and crystal controlled.

Does your Fluke measure other AC sources as 60 Hz ?

Yes to within .1 Hz

Adjusted the settings as described in the post and it 100% fixed the issue, I am now getting 60Hz exactly. Thanks very much for your help.
