Megarevo - Loads voltage readings

Hello everyone, I am having a problem with my 8k Megarevo hybrid inverter. The voltage measurement in the Load 1 that powers the sub-panel (batteries backup) is reading 150v in one leg and 90v in another. Any idea where should I start to fix this? Thanks for the help

When there is a power outage and the EPS mode start the voltage change. There is also a power generator that turns on at the same time that handles one phase of the house. When utility power returns the voltage readings in Load 1 (EPS) is 120v.

Just found out that inverter was back feeding the generator. The installer that did the solar installation didn’t move the point of connection of the inverter so both were working in parallel. To fix it both should be isolated.
