Will, in this video, can you provide a link to the meter you are using? Jehu seems to use same one, but he said he is using the shunt, and all I could find on Drok was the kind with the hall sensor. I wish they had a faceted search on their site.

Do you prefer hall or shunt, and why? 300A model?

UPDATE: Finally found this 100A one with shut. Here is documentation I collected on it.

Reviews say you need to calibrate with full battery and no load before using. Can someone make a video of calibrating one, and, as a bonus, hooking up a relay and configuring overcurrent protection?

With respect to shunts, I have I think the same meter or very similar. The question is that the schematic for the meter to monitor the battery performance shows the 100 Amp shunt in series with the load. But there are no meter wires across the shunt. So what's the purpose of the shunt?
