I have 4x 100w panels now and I want to add 2x 300w panels but I cant seem to figure how to wire them.

12v, 100W, 17.8V, 5.62A
24V, 300W, 32.15V, 9.33A

My Mppt has 60A 150V max is there anyway to mix and match do will I just need to get 4 300w and use the 100w for something else.

Am I doing this right?

100w /100w Series
35.6v
5.62a

100w/100w + 300w Parell
32.25v
14.95a

100w/100w + 300w X 2 Series
64.5V
14.95a

Well, I don't know that you can mix 12v and 24v panels. Maybe TWO 12v wired in series to make them become 1 24v would be okay. Someone with more experience will know that though. Different watt panels will normalize to be only as efficient as the lowest rater panel, so if you have a 100w panel and a 200w panel for example, they will both function as 100w panels.

This is a good primer on doing the calculations. That does a good job of breaking down how to calculate volts. While you didn't provide all the data, @Craig is right that that is likely to working just ball-parking the data you did provide.

On the parallel side, before you even get close to the 60A limit, you need to be concerned with the rated amp limits of wires and connectors, and wire gauges, line length as they relate to efficiency. But, once again, @Craig 's recommendation is probably your best bet as well.

I'd consider grouping the 100w panels separate from the 300w panels. Then provide each group with a dedicated SCC. It would require 2 PV to SCC wire runs but you would maximize your available solar power.

This is the best scenario and is what I do. I actually have 4 arrays and 4 controllers. But then again I had 4 controllers laying around because amazon is an addiction.

I would do 2 sets of 2x100w in series then parallel both of those series panels with the 300 watters. You may lose a little efficiency but it will work fine.
I what looking at that, if I series 2x100w then parallel it to the 300w can I then sires all of them to another set?
2x100w > 300w ><300w <2x100w
