It doesn’t care, if you look at the current into each battery they will fluctuate over the course of SOC charging/discharging but in the end it’ll balance out.

I would recommend using a smart shunt to keep track of SOC vs some of the other methods, but that’s just my personal preference.

Yes, the batteries will charge to the same voltage (minus any voltage drop due to connections, cabling).
