Based on the few negative amazon reviews, this ATS https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F12RDZ2/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza) makes me a little concerned. A few stated that it burnt out their inverters. The hard part is knowing whether they wired something improperly, or if it really is just cheap and shouldn't be used. I absolutely don't mind spending more money, but I have not found any other solutions for auto switching based on battery voltage or PV production.

I am using an all-in-one unit with a built in ATS, but there are certain loads I only want to come off of the inverter during the day with the sun out and don't want them draining the batteries.

I am also not sure if this unit properly supports 240v with L1 and L2 lines. The input/outputs on it are only labeled "L" and "N". So I'm am assuming the people that have used it for split phase are connecting L2 to the "N" input/output. Is this safe to do? The unit states it supports 240v.

Any help/guidance/recommendations is appreciated. Thank you.
