so i have these vertical 80/20 posts welded to aluminum strut and then i'm securing 80/20 crossbeams in place w/ these brackets i made out of aluminum angle stock. i've got 6 of 12 panels up and i'm struggling to think of a way to mount the next cross beam since they're not all mounted on top of the posts like i'd planned. i've had to mount some on the sides of the posts to accommodate the posts being a bit too far apart / close together. the easiest solution would be: to mount the next cross beam w/ only one bracket on each post, rather than the two per post i've done on the others. this would mean i could keep the panels level w/ one another rather than have one row slightly lower and shaded by the others. would two brackets be enough, though?
