Mounting options for Rolled Roofing

Hey All,

I'm about to put a few panels on a covered patio with rolled roofing on it. I found ironridge flashing (FlashVue) at my local electrical supply, but those seem to be for shingled roofs and need to go under the shingles themselves. That doesn't seem possible with the rolled roofing I'm dealing with though.

Does anyone have experience mounting solar panels to this style of roof? Any help on finding mounting hardware would be super helpful. I'd prefer a solution with a single screw to a joist, rather not use 4 screws like the snap-n-rack if it can be helped. I'm fairly new to this, so please be as detailed as possible and links/resources/documentation would be highly appreciated. Also what kind of sealant should I be using? And if possible, I'd like something compatible with ironridge x10 railing, open to other options, but I do have experience with it and is locally available to me.

Before anyone asks, yes, we are currently removing the tree seen in the image. Thanks in advance!

I am looking at the exact same situation as you.

I have seen some options from K2 systems that seem appropriate for that type of roof. However, K2 does not say its meant for that type of roof and instead describe it as applicable for shingles.

I have considered the "K2 multi mount" or possibly the " T-Foot X 6” Kit " and use some Sika brand sealant with the T-Foot

I realize my reply does not help you, but I wanted to add my comment to make it easier to keep an eye out, in case there's some useful input from others.
